British Hungarian Investments was set up in 2002 by UK investors looking to maximize the opportunities in emerging property markets in Central Europe.

Initially focusing on individual apartments for their own personal investments the company has since found and transacted a number of properties for friends and associates.

The company has now decided on the basis of that knowledge accrued over the last 3 years to compete with the larger players offering property investment in Budapest.

We strongly believe that we can offer superb opportunities that only our business methods can supply.

Over 10,000 foreign students studying high value medical, dentistry, veterinary and business degrees in Budapest in English and German language. As well as a large ex pat work force in standard and high tech industries.

First and foremost we do not wish to spend our time ’selling’ you Budapest. We believe the city sells itself as does the quality and price of the property on offer when combined with its yield and capital gain potential. We would rather our competitors waste resource and time in convincing investors to part with their cash.
